To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at gotchacap1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- We Offer free standard shipping on all orders above $175 within the contiguous United States and worldwide.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after the order has shipped for domestic orders. International delivery times may vary.
