We stand behind every Gotcha Cap product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition — unused or minimally used for evaluation purposes.
- The item must be in its original packaging if possible (not required, but preferred).
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@gotchacap.com or call +972-50-990-4141 with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (PayPal or PayPlus, depending on how you paid).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Digital products (downloadable guides, courses)
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Items that show signs of significant wear or damage caused by the customer
