Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Israeli public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship via Israel Post Eco Post international service. Rates are in Israeli Shekels (₪), effective from January 2026, and include 0% VAT on international shipments.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $140 to any destination worldwide. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping & Customs
Gotcha Cap ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
We strongly recommend checking your local regulations before ordering. Gotcha Cap is not responsible for packages delayed or seized by customs authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@gotchacap.com or call +972-50-990-4141. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to local laws regarding personal safety tools. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
